If you are a foreigner in abroad, and you have to buy a notebook, it will be very difficult for you to find a notebook with your preference language installed on windows on it. In my case, I have to buy a laptop with Japanese Windows installed because I am in Japan, while I can not yet read katakana, hiragana, and kanji. It is very confusing.

Thanks god you can install Vistalizator from http://www.froggie.sk/ or http://www.sevenlizator.com/ and safely change the windows language.. It works for me. No need to reinstall the windows
